How does Unlocked for Teams work?

    1.

    Kickoff

Everyone joins a Zoom call to get started. A Game Guide will explain how the mission works, and if you'd like, someone from your company’s leadership can give a quick welcome before the game begins.

    2.

    Break Into Teams

Players are split into teams of 7–8 "secret agents" and sent to breakout rooms. There, each team receives a top-secret mission briefing from HQ. From that point on, it’s all about analyzing evidence, reviewing audio files, and piecing together clues. Need help? Teams can request a hint at any time.

    3.

    Win and Celebrate

The first team to crack the case and return to the main call wins! You can raise the stakes with prizes — or just let bragging rights speak for themselves. Once the mystery is solved, everyone comes back together to debrief, hear from the winners, and celebrate the mission accomplished.
