Our games are family-friendly, with fun challenges for all ages. Some puzzles will be tricky for younger players, and a few themes—like escaping a prison or stopping an attack—can feel intense. But don’t worry! There’s no adult language, crude jokes, or anything gross—just exciting, immersive fun.

Hassle-free rescheduling and refunds

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before your game for a full refund, no questions asked! We can also reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time. Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non-refundable.

Will I be paired with other groups?

While most games are private (your group only), others may join your game if all the spots aren’t booked. “Shared” games are most common on the weekend, on holidays, and during our busiest times.

In “shared” experiences, teams get to work together, get extra help, and sometimes come away with longtime friendships (it happens more than you’d think).

Can children play?

Yes! While our games are designed to be challenging and are recommended for ages 13 and up, younger players are welcome. Some puzzles may be tricky, but younger kids usually have a great time—they’re especially good at spotting hidden clues!

Children age 4 and under can come along with you free of charge!
**Important**: Please call us before making your reservation so that we can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum capacity for players.

A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

How do I book using a gift card?

Each gift card is valid for one player in one game. Select your game, date, and time. Then, enter your gift card code in the "Have a code?" section of the payment page. You can apply as many gift cards as you’d like to a reservation.
